Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mheraki, we strive to provide high-quality video editing and creative services to all our clients. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding project cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes.
By using our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Project Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel a project at any time by contacting us directly.
Before Work Begins
If a project is canceled before any work has started, a full refund may be issued, excluding any payment processing or administrative fees.
After Work Has Started
If work on the project has already begun:
- Refunds will not be guaranteed
- Clients may be charged for completed work, time invested, or resources already allocated
- Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion depending on project progress
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Completed video editing work
- Delivered digital files
- Custom creative services
- Rush or priority delivery services
- Revisions already completed
Because our services are digital and customized, refunds cannot usually be issued once deliverables have been provided.
3. Revisions & Client Satisfaction
We aim to ensure client satisfaction through agreed revision rounds.
Clients are encouraged to clearly communicate project requirements before work begins. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction caused by unclear instructions or changes in creative preference after delivery.
4. Delayed or Abandoned Projects
If a client becomes unresponsive for an extended period during an active project:
- The project may be placed on hold
- Delivery timelines may be adjusted
- Payments already made may become non-refundable after substantial work has been completed
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Mheraki first to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in termination of services and possible legal action.
6. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services for projects that:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Contain offensive or prohibited material
- Involve abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
In such cases, refunds may be denied depending on the work completed.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
