3. Payments

• All payments must be made according to the agreed pricing and schedule.
• Projects may require partial or full upfront payment before work begins.
• Final files may be withheld until full payment is received.
• Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.

All fees are non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Revisions

We may offer a limited number of revisions depending on the selected package or agreement.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may result in extra charges.

Major changes to the original project scope after work has started may require a revised quotation.

5. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery timelines are provided based on project complexity and workload.

While Mheraki strives to meet deadlines, delays caused by incomplete information, client feedback, technical issues, or force majeure events may affect delivery times.

6. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their original content and media files.

Upon full payment, the final edited deliverables become the property of the client unless otherwise agreed.

Mheraki reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

7. Prohibited Content

Clients may not submit content that:

• Violates copyright laws
• Contains illegal material
• Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination
• Includes explicit or unlawful content

We reserve the right to refuse any project that violates applicable laws or ethical standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mheraki shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Platform-related issues after content delivery
• Delays caused by third-party services or technical failures

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their original files.

9. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel a project before completion.

If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client may still be responsible for payment for completed work or hours already invested.

10. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Copy or redistribute website content without permission
• Use the website for unlawful activities
